Our Process

​Initial Assessment:
Our pool experts begin with a thorough inspection to identify the root cause of your pool's issues. This includes checking water chemistry, filtration systems, and structural integrity.
​
Quote:
Within 24 hours, you receive a quote from us on the clean-up process. On average our clients have a clear pool while spending between $300-$500; and depending on the severity of the clean, a clear pool in 3-5 days.
We've cleared a few pools in just 24 hours in some cases!

Once the quote is approved, we begin the transformation.
​
Chemical Balancing:
We adjust chemicals on our first visit to enhance the cleaning experience. If your pool requires an algaecide treatment, we will super chlorinate your pool.
​
Debris Removal:
Depending on the severity of your clean-up, we may elect to remove debris on our first visit, or wait until we can see your pool bottom more clearly. We will remove leaves, dirt and other debris from your pool at the start of the cleaning process.
​
Vacuuming and Brushing:
Our team vacuums the pool wall, floors and all the nooks and crannies, brush down your walls and tiles to remove any remaining dirt/grime.
​
Filter and Pump Maintenance/Inspection:
Our team will check your equipment and recommend upgrades/repairs as we see necessary. Our team can handle all of these repairs upon acceptance.

Minimum 1 Hour Charged on all Service Related Work.

Per Hour
Diagnostic Charge
We charge a fee for troubleshooting/diagnosing issues. This fee is $ 30.00 and includes up to 30 minutes of diagnosing the issue you are facing with your pool and/or equipment. This fee is waived if you decide to move forward with the quoted repairs.
Our Commitment to Transparency and Quoting.
We pride ourselves in being able to provide quick, speedy and accurate quotes to you within 24-48 hours from your diagnostic service visit. If you approve of the charges from this quote, we will waive the diagnostic fee. Otherwise we will send you an invoice to be paid within 15 days of receipt for the diagnostic charge.
