At Mystique Waters, our goal is to ensure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original condition and packaging, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item is defective or damaged upon receipt, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or exchange. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange.
